Lori Scheer-Matheson – Audiologist
Lori Scheer-Matheson has been an audiologist (nationally certified and state-licensed) since 2001. She began her career as an American Sign Language interpreter. She loved working with Deaf clients and became motivated to learn all she could about hearing, hearing loss, and how to improve quality of life through hearing technology.

As an audiologist, Lori has benefitted from a wide range of professional experiences. She worked at the Washington School for the Deaf for 8 years, serving children from preschool through high school, including those using hearing aids, cochlear implants, and bone-anchored hearing aids. She went on to work at Southern Oregon Education Service District for 12 years, providing direct audiology services for toddlers in early intervention, and for school-aged children K-12. In this setting, Lori also worked extensively with parents, educators, administrators and community physicians.
