Online Hearing Test & Evaluation

The video above will present tones from an extremely low pitch to an extremely high pitch. Some computer speakers may not reproduce the the lowest tones. If you do not hear anything at the beginning of the video just skip to the two minute mark. From that point forward the tones you hear should remain audible through 10,000 Hz. The most important sounds for understanding speech are between 500 & 4000 Hz. If you are unable to hear the tones within this range you could have a hearing loss. This is not a diagnostic test but merely an educational tool.

Of all our senses, hearing is one of the easiest to take for granted. Early recognition of hearing difficulty improves your chances of finding an effective solution.
